INTERVIEWS!!! WOO HOO!

Pardon my exuberance.

I have two interviews this week. One at a bookstore. Actually, it sounds like a good job. I've worked in a bookstore before, and enjoyed it. This interview is first.

The other is for a director position at a nearby library. I know what you are thinking:
Do you REALLY want to go through that again?
My answer:
I DON'T KNOW!!! I just want a job!

Plus, I know the library, it's better run and has a firmer base and much more solid staff than that "OTHER" library at which I am no longer employed, and led to my current situation.

Plus, I can maintain my alias as "The Director".

Any advice?

I say go for it with regards to the Director's job. I'd hate to think that one really bad experience would affect every future director position. Libraries are different. Anyone who's worked in more than one library knows this.

Good luck with the interviews!

I say simply go with what works for you. If it is the director job, good. If not, get the other one if offered and live happy.

Best of luck. We are rooting for ya!
